Most real estate agents will tell you that the rent lists that all the agencies have are similar.

This is true to a certain extent. However the main reason that they will push this view is that they do NOT want you to see another agency and loose you to a competitor. There will always be that other house or apartment that the other agency has on the books which could be the choice you missed.

Anywhere else in the world you would have a second opinion / choice.

Take the opportunity in Seoul to do the same.

If you are arriving here with a relocation agency, which can do every thing for you, that is a plus, however do not let them be the only avenue to show you houses.

Relocation companies are great at relocations.
