Management fees

Most apartments will have a management fee attached.

This is for the security Guards and common lighting of the apartments etc.

Ask for the fee in writing as sometimes there is one fee for the management fee and also some additional costs that you are not told about.

These extras can sometimes be in excess of USD 100.
