Look to see if the property is next door to an old house / apartment.

Due to the population Growth in Korea, old houses and apartments are constantly been demolished to make way for modern high rise apartments.

If you choose a place next to an old apartment block or a house there is a good chance that you will be living next to a construction site in the near future.
