10 Hints for renting in Seoul
Check to see if public transport or taxi access is close by.

The public transport system in Korea is of a high standard. Buses are very regular as is the underground railway system (metro) Some areas such as Songbuk-dong and the surrounding suburbs do NOT have public transportation.

Taxis are readily available and are inexpensive, however once again for areas such as Songbuk-dong you will be required to have a car or to be able to call a taxi.
